What do companies nowadays use to do online conference call?

From my experience, I’ve heard of the following products:

1. Hitwise

2. GoMeeting

3. Skype (Does this allow group and collaborative realtime online meeting session)?

What other products are available on the market these days?

I think that the word “conference call” is a bit over-rated. It’s simply like a chat room + video + real time collaboration between presenters and their viewer/audience who are all communicating over the internet/network.
